Here at red berry apple we strive to provide a high quality, affordable service. Once we receive your order, we will advise you of an estimated delivery time. Delivery will normally be 14 days for personalised gifts, excluding capes which may take longer please refer to item listing for more information, and 2-3 days for all other items. We will update you of any change to estimated delivery date 
We will always obtain a proof of posting for small parcels and high value orders will be send by recorded delivery. We will make every effort to ensure your parcel arrives on time and in good condition. 
Should you wish to receive your order URGENTLY please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your request.

Collection in Person

You can now collect your order in person. If you choose this shipping option, please contact us to arrange a collection date.

Gift wrapping

If you would like to take advantage of the gift wrapping service, please let us know by adding a note in the 'comment to supplier' tab at the Paypal checkout. It is likely you may want your package sent to an address other than your own. To do this you can also update the address in the Paypal checkout screen. 

Return/exchange policy for online shopping

At red berry apple the satisfaction of our customers is of high importance to us. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. As we offer a personalised service, we do not offer refunds/returns for change of mind.

Product colour discrepancies & portrayal

Every effort is made to portray items accurately on this website. However as all computer screen colour settings vary red berry apple cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
